Bingo. My sympathy level went to zeor after hearing he was going well over 100 and twic the legal limit, plus has a long history of speeding and drinking. I believe I read where he had 23 citation, 10 for speeding and careless driving, a DUI and caught driving with a suspended license 3 times. He should have been in jail and license taken away permantly, now he's dead and unfortunately took another person with him.
